Cancellations and Refunds

Your rights under section 47 of the Consumer Protection Act. This policy is shown before you pay and applies to every ticket sold here.

If you cancel

You may cancel your booking at any time. A cancellation fee applies, and it increases the closer you get to the event, because the seat becomes harder to resell.

The balance is refunded to the card you paid with, normally within 10 working days.

If we cancel or change the event

You get a full refund with no cancellation fee. This includes a postponement you cannot make — moving the date is a material change, and you are not obliged to accept it.

Transfers

For most events you can transfer your ticket to someone else from your order page — the link is in your confirmation email. The old ticket stops working when the new one is issued. Some events lock attendee names for security or licensing reasons, and will say so.

Prices

Every price shown includes VAT and any booking fee. The amount on the checkout page is the amount you pay — there are no charges added later.
